Locations

Holistic Utility Solutions is based in the DFW Metroplex of North Texas and serves clients throughout the state with our full range of services, including turnkey delivery. Outside of Texas we can currently support clients with Consulting and Owner’s Rep services.

Our History

We were founded by industry veteran Ira Nicodemus. Prior to launching Holistic Utility Solutions, Ira spent 15 years working on Energy & Sustainability (E&S) in both private and public sector verticals in various managerial, business development, and operational roles. He has managed E&S programs and strategies for 35M+ square feet of office, data center, healthcare, and retail space and developed over $100M in private and public sector projects.

Ira is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a NABCEP PV Associate, holds a BS in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University, and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. He and his wife are active in their local community and church.
